Solid work today Brett! Looks like Toes to Bar could be a place where we can help you gain some proficiency…otherwise really solid day.

Thanks CJ! Agreed in need to improved proficiency on T2B once my grip is challenged. I broke my T2B in groups of 5. Any suggestions appreciated. In technique, approach and practice.

Nice work Megan! Do you recall your row time? You don’t have the benefit of the long levers, but you have a great engine, so I would have expected something a little quicker than the 6:30. Did you feel like the burpees were as fast as you could have gone, or was time lost on the erg?

The row was 4:30. I thought going at a decent, but not super fast pace would help me on the burpees (which are not my best movement), but the burpees were still a bit slow. I get really winded after 10 burpees, but probably could have pushed a bit harder on the last 15.

Is anyone going to be in vegas next week for npfl and want to hit up a session? I’m going to decide if I’m going today but wanted to throw the idea out there.

Good luck if you decide to head out there. I am fascinated to see a couple of things…like how many folks struggle with the backwards roll to support, and how in the hell they’re going to judge knees to elbow.

Remember buddy, be cautious and make sure your shoulder/elbow is healing up before you try to push through.

All things considering with the heat and the days of moving, chalk that one up as a win buddy!
