*Set 2 – 2 reps @ 85%
*Set 3 – 3 reps @ 80%
*Set 4 – 4 reps @ 75%
*Set 5 – 5 reps @ 70%
*Set 6 – 10 reps @ 195/125 lbs
Rest 20-30 seconds between sets.

B. 14:53 30lb ball, class was using all 20 pounders.
C. Set 1 did squat snatch first rep around 1:40
lost mechanics of snatch on set 2 took about 3:00 will work that a few more times to see how it feels. Broke pull UPS more than usual to not worsen cut on hand.
