Three sets, not for times, of:
Row 1000 Meters
5 Clean & Jerks (185/135 lbs)
10 Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24″/20″)
15 Toes to bar
Rest as needed

C.
Rest and recover…big weekend ahead.
