Workout of the Day

A.
Back Squat
*Set 1 – 40% x 4 reps
*Set 2 – 50% x 3 reps
*Set 3 – 60-65% x 2 reps
*Set 4 – 75% x 1 rep
Rest no more than 60 seconds – or the time it takes you to put weight on the barbell – between these first four sets!

*Set 5 – 85% x 1 rep
*Set 6 – 90% x 1 rep
*Set 7 – 95% x 1 rep
*Set 8 – 95+% x 1 rep
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets for the last four sets.

B.
Every minute, on the minute, for 20 minutes:
Snatch x 1 rep @ 85-90%

C.
For 30 minutes, rotate through the following three stations on the minute:
Minute 1 – Row 10-15 Calories
Minute 2 – 165/115 lb Power Clean x 5 reps
Minute 3 – Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups x 6-10 reps

You’ll hit each of these stations 10 times.

C. Row 10 cal each round, 5 cleans at 115#, 6 chest to bar (ring rows last 2 rounds because hands were hurting and I didn’t want to tear)
C2Bs were a struggle for some reason

B. Power Snatched-knee a little bit sore-135lbs
C. 15 calories, 5×165 tng Rds 2-5, Rds 7-10 singles – C2B Rds 8-10 all singles but tried to go fast from 1-5, 6-10.

A: squat felt good last week so I increased my basis from 360 to 375
Last two sets – 355/375pr
Felt so good hit an extra – 385pr yay
B: 145-165 pretty sloppy here, adjusting first pull and avoiding knees, a few misses required second go in the minute
C: row 5×12 5×13, PC Rx, c2b x8
Ripped on rd 8, subbed hrpu x16
