80 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
60 Alternating Pistols
40 Alternating DB Snatch (70/50 lbs)

B.
For time:
21 Deadlift (315/205 lbs)
21 Box Jump (30″/24″)
15 Deadlift
15 Box Jump

It took me 6min to do 21 deads and 21 box jumps. This wod is the hardest for me. I am hoping to finish the 21’s and 15’s within the time cap at Regionals. 🙂

what I did cause I’m out on the rig at work: 100 empty bar thrusters 80 burpees 60 alternating pistols 40 alternating 70lb KB snatch 21:55 with a shoe change for the pistols Wasn’t able to start this until 9:20 so no time for second half of workout. Gotta be up for work at 4 tomorrow morning. Did the full 21-15-9 DL/BJ the other day (box jumps were onto a counter roughly 30″ high… couldn’t string them together due to a cupboard in my face – 7:30) Self-imposed rule for thrusters – at least 50 UB. A) 23:23 (better than last time when I didn’t finish under the time cap. My objective at the Regionals is to finish the pistols. But those C2B pull ups are just costing me sooo much time…a new objective for next year 🙂 )

B) 4:38 (because of the achilles tendon, I decided to do the box jumps walking down the box, it’s a little slower but I think I’ll finish everything under the time cap…and save my achilles tendon…)

Better day than yesterday… 🙂

So excited I got my non false grip mu’s

I did yesterday stuff today

got 130lbs x 3 no probs but did not push shoulder

did 16 muscle ups in 7 min, that is 8 more than last time.

Going to do deadlift box jump wod in about 5 min after 3 hrs rest.
