Workout of the Day
A.
Two sets, for speed & efficiency of individual movements, not the full set, of:
15′ Rope Climb x 2 reps
Double-Unders x 50 reps
Kipping Handstand Push-Ups x 10 reps
Toes to Bar x 10 reps

B.
Every two minutes, for 20 minutes (10 sets):
Overhead Squat x 1 rep

Take the weight from the ground, get it to your back, and then perform one perfect overhead squat. Build over the course of the sets to your heaviest single.

C.
Five sets for max reps of:
30 seconds of Burpee Muscle-Ups
60 seconds of Rest

Note reps achieved in each set.

D.
Rest until fully recovered, and then . . .

D. 5:44 with a smack on my chin and dropping off the bar. I was happy with that cuz it was a pr. 🙂

D.6:45 felt better today and came straight in after night shift on 2 hrs sleep still have about 30 seconds to shave off

A. No rope, did 10 strict pullups instead. DU’s UB. HSPU and T2B felt crisp. B. Worked up to 100kg. Bicep held up pretty well on the cleans and jerks. Worked out in a small town close to my rig. The guy doing sit on the floor straight leg half extension cable rows kept giving me nasty looks when I dropped the bar. C. 3,1,3,2,2. Done for speed. Rope climbs are slowly coming..

B.
155, 185, 195, 205, 215, 225, 225, 225, 225, 225. This was good as it gave the chance to power clean and jerk behind the neck multiple times.

C.
3, 3, 3, 4, 4. Can’t imagine going any faster…stupid rings keep moving everywhere…lol

D.
6:40 Pr by six seconds from the last time we did it..
