20 Alternating Pistols
20 Alternating DB Snatch (70/50 lbs)
Rest as needed
C.
For time:
100 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs)
75 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

4 reps ub @ 225 in 29 sec. 4 reps ub in 33 seconds. Tried quick singles took 33 seconds. Not much more.
B.
2:37, 2:35, 2:03. Got more and more comfortable as the sets went on.
C.
11:52. Felt rough on C2B.
A) Did four sets instead of three. Oups! But it went really well.
B) Done with 24kg (53lbs)dumbells. Not very fast because our dumbells have fat handles….so it took me a while to get the hang of it. But my third round was pretty good. Achilles tendon held up during the pistols.
C) 14:35. This time, I tried the C2B without tape and my hands ripped 🙁 So I will definitely wrap my hands during the Regional. I really hope I can get through 100 C2B…definitely a weakness. Wallballs went much better than last Saturday.

B- Did 2Rnds… Both felt really good and smooth.
C- subed WOD 6. Didnt get it in this weekend.

These made me want to scream but I did them 🙂 with minimal whining. Someone from hq heard that I love power cleans and wanted me to work harder 😉

I was done the wall balls at 5min 50 sec, I did not want to Redline, did sets of 10 entire way through. Ctb were set of 10, then all sets of 5 until last set of 10.
A. 4 sets @ 165lbs. That’s all I have for plates out here at the rig at the moment so couldn’t go any heavier. Added in 3 sets of 3 OHS x 3 reps. B. Did all the pistols and stayed honest. No-repped myself anytime my heel touched or lost control. Went quick, felt good. Tried 70lb KB snatch. 12 reps in on the first set and my left bicep was getting pretty irritated. I need some sort of a sub for it too. Out at work on a rig site and only able to work out in my shack. Basically restricted to workouts you would do in your living room with a KB and empty barbell.
Anyway to sub C2B?? Tore on weekend.
Or just don’t be a pussy, tape it and get work done…
