Mobility and Maintenance
* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 2-3 Lower Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD

B.
Nutrition Preparation
* Ensure that you have quality foods prepared in the appropriate quantities to fuel your efforts for the remainder of the week.

During the last two reps of Saturday’s box jumps, I strained my achilles tendon pretty good. I haven’t been able to properly walk on it since. I’ve been icing it and I’ll be seeing the physio today but it’s got me worried. I think I’ll have to avoid box jumps from now until the Regionals and hope for the best on the day of. I’m hoping to be able to start training again tomorrow….

CJ, Tested all Wods. WOD 1: 5:58 WOD 2&3: 265 & 27mus WOD 4: -50 ( got 50 snatches) WOD 5: 5:43 WOD 6: 13:21 WOD 7: 6:07 * WOD 4 was the toughest for me. I can butterfly but I lipped everyone just to see how I would recover. I spent almost 10min at c2b and I’m better than that. WOD 1 can be faster if I try and string pull ups faster, everything was unbroken. WOD 2&3, wow.
