3 Overhead Squats

Start at your anticipated starting weight.

Rest exactly 2 minutes, and when running clock hits 9:00, perform the following . . .

Regionals Event 1

Row 1000 Meters
50 Thrusters (45 lb Barbell)
30 Pull-Ups

**This will be a competition simulation weekend. You will be tackling the actual competition events, or variations of those events. If you have the opportunity to perform them in order with approximately 4 hours of rest between events, please do so. If you can only train once per day, please follow the template listed above.**

To be able to train twice tomorrow I need to do my first trainingsession at 7 / 7:30 am (Swedish time).Is it possible for the programming (of event 4 and 5) to be out that early? I hope so!

A. Done! B. Regionals Event 2: 7 Minute Ladder 3 Overhead Squats: 70kg (155lbs) x 3 reps 72,5kg (160lbs)(fail on first attempt) 72,5kg x 3 reps! Regionals Event 3: 30 Burpee Muscle-Ups for time: 8:21 (had 26 reps after 7 minutes) Took ~30 minutes rest before last part (Jackie).. Not fully recovered, but didn’t have more time for today’s training. C. Regionals Event 1: “Jackie”: 6:53. (improvement from earlier this week when my time was 7:14).
