* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 2-3 Lower Body Mobility Drills and spend 10-12 minutes with them.
* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills and spend 5-10 minutes with them.

Jan 28th WOD A. 4 sets of each Snatch grip Romanian DL x 6 @ 4011 – 85#, 95, 105, 115 Tall BJ x 5 – 20″ Strict Knees to Elbows x 8 @ 2110 Banded OH Tri Ext x 20 (done single arm) B. For Time – 18:01 30 Cal AB – 3:26 40 KBS @ 16kg – UB 30 Burpees – 15/15 500m Ski Erg – 2:20 30 Burpees – 20/10 40 KBS – UB 30 Cal Row – 2:33 ***Rowing instead of the 2nd AB was probably about 1-1.5 minutes faster..but I wanted to mix it up… Read more »
