How’s the rehab going for you?
Hi Mike, yea all going fine thank you, no set backs yet. I’ve got full movement back in my arm which is great and I’m now allowed to lift 1-2kg! I’ve got to wait another 5 weeks until I’m allowed to lift anything more. Just one of those ones where I’ve got to wait for it to heal. I did have to turn down 10 days work which was annoying as I didn’t feel I’d be able to give 100%.

20 alternating single Arm clean and jerks (50/35)
15 push ups
10 GHD sit ups or T2B if you don’t have a GHD
Changed it to 10 Alt DG hang clean and jerks and that was good haha
About 15 min. A freakin bird flew in my house haha
