I have a question for anyone out there reading this, and cj If you could throw in your two cents that would be awesome I’m curious what people think about taking in BCAAs for Aggressive lifters and crossfitters. Ex: one or two met cons a day with volume training and/or strength work. Is 10g sufficient? More like 20 because of the volume? Should it increase with an increase In volume of training?
