15 seconds of Rest
For the five sets: 70%, 75%, 80%, 85%, 90% of your 1-RM

Two rounds for time of:
50 Meter Sprint Out
50 Meter Sprint Back
100/70 lb Dumbbell Snatch x 6 reps (3 each arm)

A. Worked up to 205# with no misses in warm up.
B. 155-165-175-185 (3rd attempt) 195-205(fail)
Failed at 185 twice before hitting it with 1 second left 🙁 Made it to 205# but couldn’t get it. Feel like I was just too winded from 3 attempts at 185.
C. 1:12 This one is going to hurt.
A. Worked up to 170 as i loaded bars
B. 130/140/150/160/170, felt easy!
C. 1:52. Ran pretty slow today, but feeling ready for regionals!
