For time:
Rounds of 21, 15 and 9 reps for time of:
225/155 lb Deadlift
Handstand Push-Ups
C.
Take 10-15 minutes to play with:
100/70 lb Dumbbell Snatch
A. Done
B. 6:47 – While I know this isn’t great, I have cut more than 2 minutes off of it in 4 weeks. Handstands are a big weakness, but I feel a lot stronger than I did.
C. Messed around with it, and then did 4 sets of 10.
